NSW: Term 4 Social - End-of-Year Dinner

Please join us to celebrate the end of another great year of discussion, collaboration, learning, and leading with your fellow MITIE members. We'll be gathering at Kitchen by Mike following the NSW Term 4 conference for dinner and to continue the conversations.

Cost:  $70 per person (set menu, drinks extra)

Set Menu (*indicative)

  • Mike's sourdough bread, Pepe Saya cultured & salted butter Chicken liver pate, four spiced salt
  • Hervey Bay scallops, bacon, garlic & thyme
  • Vanilla straciatella, asparagus, spring peas
  • Grilled Southern calamari, nduja & ink dressing
  • Chargrilled broccolini, preserved lemon, chilli & almond
  • Spit roasted chicken, warm lentil salad and gremolata Colcannon mash
  • Cos salad
  • Chilled vanilla rice pudding, rhubarb jam, honeycomb
